Beginners to yoga are welcome to start with a Hatha class. If you are keen to try the more dynamic Ashtanga Yoga, book into a weekend course. There are 3 in January! While not essential to sign up for classes (you are welcome to) it is essential to sign up for a Zoom class - and at least 15 minutes before class, as the class closes then for registration. The link will be sent to you in a confirmation email.
