Be taught the fundamentals of beautiful 'self-practice' style Ashtanga yoga.
Learn the first part of the primary series and the importance of Ujaii breathing, steady eye gaze (Dristhi) and flowing steady movement (Vinyasa).
We'll look at the focus, strength and continuous movement of this breath inspired form and how to have it as a sustainable and enjoyable daily practice.
NB: Suitable for beginners with reasonable mobility.
This course will run on a Saturday and Sunday afternoon and then participation in the Monday evening Mysore class (if not possible to make the Monday evening class you can choose another).
