This class is ideal for you if:

You are preparing to get pregnant and wanting to support that process.
You are pregnant and wanting to prepare for birth. 
You’ve given birth and want to digest your birth experience and get to know your newly renovated body.

The intention of these classes will be to come home to your body. To consciously move and breath and feel, to deeply and wholeheartedly get to know your body. 

Each class will start with some journaling and breathing. We will connect with our bodies through movement and breath. Then we will wind down and rest. 

With Rachel Hope Peary

Rachel is a mother of 2 and a trauma informed yoga teacher and practitioner. Teaching from a background of years of practice, personal work and continued education and mentorship. Rachel has studied with the school of Embodied Flow™ under Rise Movement (Adele Kinghan, Sarah Hon), Tara Judelle, Scott Lyons and trained in trauma informed practice with Sandra Palmer.
