BEGIN YOGA.
A 5 week course conducted by the teaching staff at Sun Salute.
August 30 - with Katie. An introduction, philosophy and history + key poses.
September 7 - with Marisol. Yin principles and practice.
September 14 - with Sabine. Experience Hatha.
September 21 - with Victoria. Movement and meditation.
September 27 - with Katie. An intro to Ashtanga. Final class + QnA.
$150 per person.
