An introduction to the principles of yoga - including different tools of yoga, the styles, history and philosophy. 

We'll go through the ins and outs of what to expect in a class and what class might be suitable for you. We'll also go through some key poses (āsanas) and do a small meditation and relaxation.

Absolute beginners, and people of limited mobility are welcome. Props, chairs and aids will be utilised and you are welcome to sit out anything you don't feel comfortable with.

Each week a different theme. Stay tuned.
