  • Traditional self-practice style Ashtanga yoga. 
  • Come and start within the first 40 minutes of start time. 
  • You practice the part of the sequence you have learnt so far. Beginners and advanced practitioners work alongside one another.
  • The teacher convenes the space giving personal care, adjustments and advice to each individual. The room is kept warm and the vibe is quiet and focussed.
  • You may come to this class as a complete beginner. Be prepared to move, bend and shift up and down off the floor. You will practice for about an hour for the first few times. If you're keen ... please do come!
