Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a structured practiced performed as a set of series of postures. It's power is in it's meditative flow of Vinyasa, closely linking breath with movement. 

These classes offer just enough - a short 45 minutes to work on the fundamentals. 

NB: Good levels of fitness and/or experience with the Ashtanga method are required to enjoy this 'led' or 'talked through' class.
