Situated on the Saturday near a new moon. A guided meditation to set positive intentions, grow acceptance and look forward to the month ahead. 

Beginners welcome. By koha.

45 mins with a cuppa tea in the lounge afterwards. If possible, stay for the Mysore yoga practice afterwards and allow your body to move through/digest.
