🏀 Kids Class 4 - 10 years*

Posture to bring strength, flexibility and balance. Breathing exercises and sitting quietly to aid meditation and mindfulness and lots of group or partner work. The classes are generally up beat and light of heart with use of stories and music, given by Chilean yoga teacher Marisol.

$60 term fee
$10  per class casual attendance

>> if more than one child in family: first child $60, second child $50, third child $40 per term

(approx) 4 - 10 years. The class is most suitable for 4 - 7 year olds, older kids may enjoy joining in but if there is sufficient interest we'll have a class immediately aferwards for older kids.
