Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a structured practiced performed as a set of series of postures. It's power is in it's meditative flow of Vinyasa, closely linking breath with movement. 

All practice together having the sequence 'talked through or led by the teacher. Suitable for those with a good level of fitness or mobility* as the class runs continuously from start to finish for 75 minutes with a rest only at the end. 

NB: If you have not experienced Ashtanga Led yoga before you are welcome to come but please expect to wait some poses out or to only do the first part of the sequence and then to observe the rest. You could also come to a Hatha class first and express your interest in trying Ashtanga with the teacher or attend an Ashtanga Mysore class where the instruction and care is individualised.
