Come to this once every 4 week session if you are new to mindfulness/meditation and would like to join in on the regular Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday early morning zoom sessions.

Also come along if you are not! This is an opportunity to get together,  to connect over a beautiful session of focus.

Often there is an opportunity to eat together afterwards. Will be advertised in-studio or on the timetable.
