A short study into the fundamentals of this physically oriented self-practice method of yoga. 

Learn about the importance of breath, careful placement (vinyasa) and the absolute focus essential for this dynamic form.

After doing these classes you'll feel confident to enter the regular timetabled classes.

3 x consequetive Tuesday night classes + following week of classes of your choice.

NB: Not suitable for people with limited mobility  - though all poses and sequencing can be modified to suit the individual.
