Be taught the fundamentals of this beautiful 'self-practice' style yoga over 5 night classes.
Learn the first part of the primary series and the importance of Ujaii breathing, steady eye gaze (Dristhi) and flowing steady movement (Vinyasa). Please book and pay to reserve your spot. The week before the course you'll receive a welcome/info email with more details.
