  • Traditional self-practice style Ashtanga yoga via zoom. 
How does this work? You set up a practice space from home, you tune in and make sure you can be seen clearly on screen, if you'd like to be.  And ... then you tune into your personal focus and get started.

Your mic will be muted.  I'll appear to check on you at around 5:10pm and to say hello and then I'll check on your periodically to observe your practice. 

I'll give you verbal cues if need be, but other than that it's hoped you have the feeling you are being witnessed, you might feel accountable (in a good way) to continue. And for me, you're a part of the 'space' I'm holding.

You will need to have an Ashtanga practice already established, no matter how small.
