Sun Salute Yoga
A yoga practice doesn't have to be long to be powerful. 

These classes are all 20 minutes or less, making them easy to fit into your schedule. 

They all appear in the individual collections (Hatha, Yin etc) - but we've also collated them here in one place for your convenience.   


Hatha gentle classes are given in a slow and steady manner, with a focus on combining breath with movement. 

Expect basic positions, gentle stretching, mediation and rest.
