  • Traditional self-paced style Ashtanga yoga. 
  • Come and start within the first 40 minutes of start time. 
  • You practice the part of the sequence you have learnt so far. Beginners and advanced practitioners work alongside one another.
  • The teacher convenes the space giving personal care, adjustments and advice to each individual. The room is kept warm and the vibe is quiet and focussed.
  • You may come to this class as a beginner. Be prepared to move, bend and shift up and down off the floor. You will practice for about an hour at first. If you're keen ... please do come!
