31 days of yoga for 31 minutes per day for just $31.
Start your year off well and commit to a short yoga practice every day.
I'll look after you daily, will give you inspiration and guide you through not only some gentle āsana and pranayama but offer a bit of yoga philosophy every day by way of Patanjali's Sutra's.
What you'll need:
A quiet, comfortable space where you won't be disturbed.
Comfortable clothing, a yoga mat if you have one and a blanket or two.
Make sure you have your computer or phone charged.
Keep track of your progress!
We will provide a calendar for you to print out. Make a habit of ticking off each day as you complete it. Write down a word or two of how you feel.
Pick a time of day to practice.
It would be great to see you live but we understand it may not always be possible. The recordings are available for 48 hours, so choose a time that works for you.
Tell a buddy.
Choose someone who you want to involve in this challenge. Get them to book in too! Or ... have them check in with you, so you feel supported.
